Dr. Sadeddin is dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He is a Co - Founder of Precision Kidney Care, a leading nephrology practice serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. With a passion for advancing kidney care, Dr. Sadeddin is committed to transforming the lives of patients through personalized treatment, education, and proactive disease management.
Dr. Sadeddin completed his medical degree at The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, a globally recognized institution for excellence in medical education and innovation. He went on to pursue his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of South Florida (Brandon Regional Hospital), where he laid the foundation for a career dedicated to complex patient care. With a strong interest in nephrology, he completed a Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he was honored to serve as Chief Fellow during his final year—an acknowledgment of his clinical acumen, leadership, and dedication to excellence.
Dr. Sadeddin practices with a singular mission: to empower individuals living with kidney disease to take control of their health through comprehensive care, education, and shared decision-making. His approach centers on treating the whole patient—not just the disease—by fostering long-term relationships, individualized treatment plans, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Dr. Sadeddin is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). He is an active member of leading medical organizations including the American Society of Nephrology (ASN), National Kidney Foundation (NKF), Renal Physicians Association (RPA), American College of Physicians (ACP), and the American Medical Association (AMA).

Obiajulu Kanu, MD
Dr. Obiajulu Kanu is a General and Interventional Nephrologist with dual board certifications in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. Graduating from the University of Nigeria in 2010, he continued his medical journey with a residency in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University, successfully completing it in 2018. Dr. Kanu further honed his expertise through a 2-year Nephrology fellowship at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he distinguished himself as a chief fellow.
Driven by an unwavering passion for Nephrology patients, Dr. Kanu is devoted to delivering exceptional, compassionate, and patient-centered care. His commitment extends to a keen interest in medical education and active involvement in clinical research. Professionally, he holds memberships with organizations, including the Renal Physician Association, National Kidney Foundation, American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, and the American Society of Nephrology.
Outside of his medical pursuits, Dr. Kanu finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and three children. A dedicated enthusiast of UFC and Boxing, he is also cultivating a growing interest in American football. Dr. Kanu’s diverse interests reflect his dedication to both professional excellence and a fulfilling personal life.
