Fatima obtained her Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from Universidad de Santa Isabel in the Philippines, recognized for its strong nursing education program, providing high-quality training and producing competitive, knowledgeable nurses. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing from United States University, San Diego, California.
NP Fatima worked for 16 years as a registered nurse in in-center, home, and acute dialysis settings, where she acquired a profound understanding of Chronic Kidney Disease, End-Stage Renal Disease, and renal replacement therapies.
Fatima works to provide comprehensive care, focusing on slowing disease progression, managing comorbidities like hypertension and diabetes, and offering thorough patient education on dialysis modalities and transplantation. Fatima NP is committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care to patients with complex kidney conditions.
NP Fatima is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners, American Nephrology Nurses Association, Texas Nurses Association, and the American Nurses Association.
